David Wozniak, CMT

Chief Market Strategist, Founder of Trading Floor Research, Alphalio Senior Advisor

David spent more than 20 years in market analysis and portfolio management, granting his expertise in investment. During his long history of accomplishment, David led portfolio management business at Stifel Financial for over 17 years. More recently, David founded Trading Floor Research that aims to provide probability trading ideas to their clients. Besides, David holds a senior advisor position at Alphalio.

Sharon Shi 

Chief Executive Officer, G. H. Financials Limited 

Sharon has been involved in the financial services sector since 1999. Her previous experience at China Construction Bank and Shanghai Futures Exchange brings the creation and successful development of Futures First investment business in China between 2007 and 2012. In 2013, Sharon helped to establish G. H. Financials to extend the company’s global clearing business into Asia and has recently been promoted to Group CEO.

Sharon served as a member of FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board since 2017 and Chair of the FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board and member of FIA Board before moving to London to assume her new role.

Sharon graduated with a Degree of MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and has a qualification of CFA® and FRM®.

Craig Lazzara, CFA

Managing Director, Index Investment Strategy, S&P Dow Jones Indices

Craig Lazzara is a Managing Director and emeritus global head of the Index Investment Strategy group at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). The IIS team provides research and commentary across the S&P DJI product set, with particular emphasis on the active vs. passive debate, factor indices, and index dynamics. Craig previously served as product manager for S&P DJI’s U.S. equity and real estate indices. These include the S&P 500® and the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Indices, two of the most widely tracked benchmarks in the world. 

Prior to joining S&P Indices in 2009, Craig was a managing director of Abacus Analytics, a quantitative consulting firm serving the brokerage and investment management communities. He previously directed marketing and client service for ETF Advisors and Salomon Smith Barney’s Global Equity Index Group, as well as for the Equity Portfolio Analysis group at Salomon Brothers. 

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Craig is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.

Henry Schwartz

Vice President, Global Head of Client Engagement

Cboe Global Markets (Cboe)

Schwartz joined Cboe in June 2020 as part of the company's acquisition of Trade Alert, which he co-founded after 15 years in the industry. 

In his role at Cboe, Schwartz coordinates the Client Engagement team, a group of experienced professionals responsible for the satisfaction and success of market participants using data-driven tools and services provided by Data and Access Solutions, including Risk and Market Analytics, Cboe Global Indices Feed and Cboe Global Indices.

Selina Han

Economist, Cboe Global Markets (Cboe)

VP of CTIA Chicago

Selina started her role as a quantitative researcher and data scientist in Data and Access group at Cboe Global Markets four years ago. That role focused on prototyping for option trading analytical tools and creating proprietary option data products. In Jan 2022, Selina joined MPGA department as Cboe’s first Economist. At this new role, Selina has been delivering research on market policies that impact all asset classes in the U.S. markets which include equities, options, ETPs, and crypto.

Dr. Tony Zhang

Clinical Assistant Professor, UIUC, President of CTIA Chicago

Dr. Zhang is Clinical Assistant Professor at Gies College of Business, Innovation Fellow and Big Data Analytics Scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on financial technology, quantitative investing, and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in artificial intelligence and big data. Dr. Zhang is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as the President of the Chinese Association of Trading and Investment in Chicago and as a member of the Education Committee of the CFA Society Chicago.
