JOB DESCRIPTION

Chinese Trading and Investment Association ("CTIA") is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to Chinese professionals in the trading and investment industry worldwide. It recently created CTIA Incubator Program to help those members who have the ambition to start a business. It is expected to become a very unique and powerful platform on which talents of worldwide CTIA members, investors and all types of resourceful parties meet and create new business opportunities. It will be a great opportunity for anyone desires to participate in investing and building trading companies, investment firms, hedge funds, FinTech companies, financial services companies and other boundless possibilities.

The Incubator Program intern will assume a key role in the team and the main responsibilities include:

●     Assist in establishing and drafting rules and procedures

●     Assist in drafting agreements with participating parties

●     Assist in creating CTIA Incubator LLC, a company dedicated for the program

●     Assist in monitoring and business operations of on-going incubation projects

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Required:

●     Community service spirit

●     Can work minimum 8 hours each week

●     Excellent writing and communication skills

●     Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

●     Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Preferred:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Law or related field

●     Past experience in the financial industry
