70 W Madison St, Suite 3100

Are you thinking trust funds are only for royalty or the rich and famous? Actually many middle-income people can benefit from including trusts in their wealth management plans.  For example, trusts can provide asset protection and tax benefits if used and set up properly. In addition, it is known that the probate process can take several months to settle an estate and is a costly process. Since trusts usually avoid probate, beneficiaries can gain access to assets more quickly.
